When you send an enquiry through one of the forms on the website, I receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the painting you are interested in and your message.
If you buy a painting, I also process the information needed to issue an invoice and ship the artwork, such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number and payment details.
Your data is never sold, and it is not used for marketing without your consent.
Your data is only shared when it is necessary:
If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on them, and are then deleted. Information related to a purchase is kept for five years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
The website uses cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work are always set. Other cookies, for example for statistics or marketing, are only set if you give your consent in the cookie banner.

You have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask me to restrict it, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To use your rights, please write to foegepaintings@gmail.com.
